Introduction Of Online Portal Of Delhi Labour Welfare Board
The Government of Delhi vide Order F.No. DLWB/Online Regn/ 2020-21/764, introduced the portal of Delhi Labour Welfare Board (https://dlabourwelfareboard.delhi.gov.in/index.php), with effect from 1st July 2022, providing services including registration of establishment, deposit, or submission of contributions from employers and employees, closure of employer establishment, etc.
The Kerala Minimum Wages Notification (May 2022)
The Government of Kerala, Labour and Skills (E) Department has revised the variable dearness allowance for employment in Shops and Commercial Establishment and employment in Computer Software Sector. As per the Notification No.DES/859/2022-P3(1), the Consumer Price Index (Cost of Living Index) Numbers applicable to employees in employment under the Minimum Wages Act (Central Act XI of 1948) for the month of May 2022 ascertained by the Director General of Economics & Statistics under clause (C) of Section 2 of the Act

Grant Of Paid Holiday On Account Of General Election In Goa
The Government of Goa, vide Notification No. 2/1/2017-GAD-III/2691, declared Wednesday, the 10th of August 2022 as a public holiday on account of the general elections in 186 village panchayats throughout the State. The eligible workers of private establishments, who are the voters of the said Village Panchayats, shall be provided paid leave on the day of polling.
